Background
Has experience working in state medical institutions in Belarus, including the National Research Centre "Mother and Child" and the 3rd City Clinical Hospital of Minsk. Worked in obstetrics and gynaecology, ultrasound diagnostics, and oncology. Currently continues medical practice in Ukraine.
Political and civic activity
Since 2020, involved in civic activity related to protecting the rights of healthcare workers and analysing the healthcare situation in Belarus.
Since 2021 — Chairman of the healthcare workers' trade union organisation "Panacea" within the Free Trade Union of Belarus. After the union's liquidation, continues working in emigration.
Conducts systematic analysis of healthcare in Belarus: staffing shortages, working conditions, labour rights violations, and the consequences of repressive policies for the medical system. Participated in journalistic investigations and sociological studies among healthcare workers.
Participates in developing and implementing programmes of support and medical assistance for Belarusians, including political prisoners.
